When I was around 13 (I’m 19 now) , I was told a story by my aunt, but she swears she told it very differently from what I swear she had narrated that night.
I’m going to post the story I recall hearing, and the version which my aunt positively swears is correct.
This is the story as I remember it:
“A girl was locked in her school at the end of the week because she stayed in the bathroom too long after everyone had left. She went to one of the stalls and saw this multicolored shimmering mass with silver in it. She screamed and it merged with her, making her jump to her death from a high window and break both legs.”
Now I swear by this version as being the correct one, but here is what my aunt says she actually said:
“A girl was locked in her school at the end of the week because she stayed in the bathroom too long after everyone left. She tried to get out by jumping from the window, but it was extremely high up and she broke both her legs. She lived.”
No, I don’t remember wrong, because I happen to be someone with an extremely vivid photographic memory, so I recall the precise images formed in my head when I was told this story.
Is that all? Nope.
I was living in a house which I 100% believe is haunted (I have psychic abilities and have both seen and heard plenty of phenomena there) and every night for three years after that story was told, I would have recurring nightmares.
I’d be walking down a particular corridor and suddenly speed up, merging with the man standing in the middle of it. The same dream would repeatedly reference two different corridors in that house. Both leading to bathrooms.
I also percieve such beings as being multicolored shimmering mass with silver in them, or having a relation to multicolored shimmering mass, much like the student in the story.
Anyone experienced anything similar?
